Nationale Nederlanden Bank has won the ‘Adfiz Prestatie Onderzoek 2015 Contest Banksparen. Independent advisors evaluated the service quality of insurance companies.
Adfiz, the industry’s association of independent advisors, hired GFK, an independent research agency to conduct the investigations. They scored reliability, speed, errorless processing, product quality, pricing, flexibility and customer interest of their ‘Banksparen’ proposition to intermediates.
Erik Muetstege, CEO at NN Bank stated that accepting this prize is an honor. “We are continuously improving the quality of our services. The results of this research proves that our efforts are successful. We can be proud of this.”
